Turn your photograph into a painting - Method 2

Recently I created a tutorial showing an easy way to turn your photographs into a painting using the Paint Daubs filter in Photoshop. That method proved to work very well and gave an amazing effect but today I would like to introduce another method of turning a photograph into a painting. This method uses the Dry Brush filter, which gives more of a realistic, country look to the photograph.
